Finally, we were able to make a space which was Leak-Proof, had Zero Wastage and most importantly – Easy To Maintain.
WHY SHANKESH CROWN?
Zero Wastage
We understand each square foot counts. Knowing this, we planned all the spaces in either square or rectangle. Doing this reduces any chance of wastage and gives the owner the maximum usable area.
Easy Maintenance
We didn’t make the structure like any other commercial complex. It is mainly RCC. The Glass facade is built in walls and not outside the walls, thus eliminating any chance of water leakage.
